Frequently Asked Questions
Can I share my access code with someone else?
No. Your access code is permanently locked to the first device it is used on. If someone tries to use your code on a different phone, they will be blocked immediately. This protects your account and ensures fair use of the platform.
What happens if I change phones?
Contact your training provider or AIBA support at support@learnershiplinks.aibasad.co.za. We will reset your device lock so you can activate your existing code on your new phone. Your data is not lost.
What happens if I miss a monthly payment?
If your subscription payment fails, LemonSqueezy will retry automatically. If payment is not received after the grace period, your access code will be suspended and you will see a payment overdue screen when you open the app. Renew your subscription to restore access immediately.
Do colleges pay for their learners' access codes?
It depends on your arrangement with your college. Some colleges include the learner licence fee in their programme costs. Others require learners to subscribe individually at R22/month. Ask your training provider before subscribing to avoid double payment.
Is VAT included in the pricing?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT at 15% will be added at checkout where applicable. A full VAT-compliant invoice is issued automatically by LemonSqueezy after every payment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your LemonSqueezy customer portal. Access continues until the end of your paid period. No cancellation fees apply.
What payment methods are accepted?
LemonSqueezy accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and various local payment methods. All transactions are secured by industry-standard encryption.
