💡 Evidence Writing Tips
Be Specific
Name the exact equipment, software, process or regulation you used. "I used the Fluke 87V multimeter to test..." is better than "I used a meter to test..."
Link to Outcomes
Explicitly mention the specific outcome your evidence addresses. Assessors don't assume — you must make the connection clear.
Include Dates
Always include when the activity happened. Evidence older than 2 years may not meet the "Current" criterion of AVSC.
Show It's Yours
Use first person ("I did...", "I identified...") and include your name and supervisor's confirmation to prove authenticity.
